This table contains information on compensation to former suspects and on pardoning. The figures on compensation are broken down by compensation for unjustified detention and reimbursement of costs incurred. Of these damages, figures are available on — applications submitted — applications granted — amounts awarded and the average amount granted per application granted. The figures on pardon are divided into petitions and decisions received. The decisions are further broken down by — unconditional pardon — conditional pardon — rejection of pardon. Data available from 1990 to 2016. Status of the figures: The figures have the status definitively. Changes as of 30 November 2017: None, this table has been discontinued. When are new figures coming? Due to the loss of funding, new data will no longer be available for this statistics from 1 January 2018. For more information see the link in paragraph 3.
