Death within 1 year of first hospitalisation of persons in the registered population of the Netherlands, by age, gender and diagnosis of hospitalisation according to a selection from the list of major causes of death (Beldo). The Beldo List is a list of major primary causes of death divided into 94 diagnostic groups. The classification almost corresponds to the European Shortlist, as used by Eurostat. ICD9 code: 001-999.
