E-commerce, major bottlenecks in e-purchase from companies, 2000

The automation survey 2000-2002 questionnaire contains two blocks with questions about potential bottlenecks when buying and selling electronically recorded. Of six purchasing bottlenecks, it could be indicated whether this ‘large’, ‘average’, ‘small’ or ‘not applicable’. The the question was: What is the significance of the following bottlenecks? the (further) development of the use of the internet/other electronic networks for the purchases of your company?' The results are in percentages per bottleneck showing the score per bottleneck ‘great’ is the numerator and the sum of all scores (from ‘great’ to ‘not from’ application') the denominator.
