Economic survey of the Netherlands; region, month

The purpose of this table is to provide up-to-date information on the opinions of Dutch entrepreneurs about the realisations, expectations and judgments regarding their company. These are companies in services, retail and industry. The Economic Survey makes it possible to signal changes in optimism or pessimism at an early stage. This means that an early indication of a possible trend change in the economic activities of the Dutch business community is available. The questions submitted to the economic operators include production, turnover, prices, orders, stocks, investments, competitiveness, economic environment, size of staff and obstacles encountered by entrepreneurs. In answering the questions relating to developments over the past three months and to expectations for the next three months, economic operators are asked to make a comparison with the preceding three-month period. This publication is made with the co-financing by the European Commission. Status of the figures: All published figures are final. Data on the services sector will be available from April 1992 Data on the retail sector are available from May 2008 Data on the industry sector will be available from February 1989 Amendment as of 29 June 2022: The June 2022 figures have been added. When are new figures coming? The results for the month of July 2022 are expected to appear on 28 July 2022.
