Dataset description

CBS collects data on persons from different registrations in the Netherlands. This table provides information on all employees on the last Friday of September in the Netherlands lived and worked. The table is part of the Local Integration Map and is compiled on behalf of the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment. The data is given not only for total Netherlands, but also for municipalities with more than 50 on 1 January of 2003, 2004 or 2005 they had a thousand inhabitants. The table shows the number of employees broken down by gender. For this employees also give the table the (average) percentage of non-Western immigrant colleagues who work for the same company in the same municipality. The data can be broken down according to the personal characteristics of the employees and the characteristics of the company where they work. Personal characteristics: age (at the end of September), origin grouping, generation and residential community. Company Characteristics: economic activity and the number of employees of the company per branch municipality. Data available from 1999 to 2005 Frequency: discontinued Reason to stop: The project for which these tables were compiled has been discontinued. Status of the figures These are definitive figures. As additional information may become available over time, the figures are renewed once every five years. This can lead to a small adjustment of the figures. If figures are adjusted, then that’s indicated here.
