Dataset description

This table contains key figures on education, level of education, knowledge and skills and working conditions of workers in the care and well-being sector. The data can be divided into (sub)sector and region. The (sub)sectors are classified according to the CBS Standard Business Classification 2008 (SBI 2008). This table has been developed in the framework of the Labour Market, Care and Welfare Research Programme (AZW). For more trends and developments in the labour market in care and well-being, see www.AZWinfo.nl (see paragraph 3). A weighting was carried out for the AZW employee survey. The background variables used in the weighting are primarily intended to correct for responsive selectivity. To be able to publish at the level of small subpopulations, as is the case in these tables, a weighting is not sufficient. For most combinations, there are too few and sometimes no respondents at all. This is why a model-based method has been developed with which the desired domain estimates are made. Multilevel models are often used for modelling data at multiple levels such as in this case industry and region, and are used within official statistics to make detailed estimates, also referred to as small-domain estimates (KDS). The use of this method does have the consequence that there are small differences with the published tables based on the regular weights. Data available from: 2019 Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final. Amendments as of 18 November 2021: The figures for Q2 2021 have been added. When are new figures coming? The results of the measurement in the second quarter of 2022 will be available in the 4th quarter of 2022.
