Dataset description

This table shows the average number of years employed by employees in the care and well-being sector, the average number of years employees work with their employer and the main reasons for going to work for the current employer. The data can be broken down by the position in the employment, working time and (sub)sector, classified according to the CBS Standard Business Classification 2008 (SBI 2008). This table has been developed in the framework of the Labour Market, Care and Welfare Research Programme (AZW). For more trends and developments in the labour market in care and well-being, see www.AZWinfo.nl (see paragraph 3). Data available from: 2019 Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final. Changes as of 19 May 2022: The figures for the fourth quarter of 2021 have been added. When are new figures coming? The results of the second measurement 2022 will be available in the 4th quarter of 2022.
