This table contains the main key figures on employment (jobs and labour volume), remuneration and working time in the Netherlands. The data in the table by main groups of industries/sectors according to the 2008 Standard Business Classification (SBI2008) can be further broken down into:
— characteristics of the employee (age and gender)
— job characteristics (employment and working hours);
— characteristics of the company (company size and collective agreement sector).
Data available from: 2009.
Status of the figures:
The figures from 2009 to 2020 are final.
Changes as of 19 October 2021:
— The final figures for 2020 have been added.
Changes as of 22 April 2021:
— The publication strategy of this table has been adjusted. From 2021, provisional figures will be published in April. Seven months later, the final figures are published.
— The preliminary figures for 2020 have been added.
— The 2020 figures are not included for the following selections:
‘Employment: full-time’, ‘Service: part-time’ for the sector ‘P Education’.
When are new figures coming?
The preliminary figures for 2021 will be published in April 2022.
