Dataset description

Version of Test of Expected Archaeological Values adopted by Provincial Staten van Drenthe on 3 October 2018. In areas or sites where archaeological values are expected (expected areas) that are of provincial importance, we advise on the proper execution of archaeological research, in accordance with the prevailing quality requirements in the archaeological profession. These expectation areas include all Drenthe ash and stream valleys, the Holtingerveld (formerly the Havelterberg), the Drentsche Aa area, the areas where Celtic fields are expected, sacrificial peat and the prehistoric route along the Hondsrug.
