Dataset description

Version of Windenergy search area adopted by Provincial Staten van Drenthe on 3 October 2018. The twelve provinces agreed with the government in early 2013 on the distribution of the national target of 6.000 MW of wind energy on land by 2020. It has been agreed for Drenthe to realise in 2 020 225.5 MW of wind energy on land. This task is linked to a search area in the municipalities of Aa and Hunze, Borger-Odoorn, Emmen and Coevorden.
