Dataset description

This table shows the trends in sales prices of existing properties for sale are displayed. In addition to the price indices, number of homes sold published, the average selling price and the total value of the sales prices of these homes. The price indices on the existing properties are based on a full registration of sales transactions of dwellings by the Cadaster and WOZ values of all homes in the Netherlands. Index sequences can fluctuate, for example when the number transactions of a particular housing type in a province are limited. The it is recommended that the long-term developments of the use price indices. The average selling price may show a different trend from the price index existing properties. The development of the average sales price is not an indicator of the price evolution of existing properties for sale.
