Dataset description

The extensification areas are precisely defined as part of the reconstruction plan (2004, 2006) on the basis of (very) acidification-sensitive nature reserves and the current winter bed of the Maas. This limitation has been taken over in POL2014 and Ambient Regulation 2014, except for some areas outside the gold or silver-green nature zone or bronze-green landscape zone for which the function of ecological connecting zone has been discontinued.
