This is a combination of the following datasets: * [financial detail dates](#financiele detail dates) * [financial Information for Third Parties (Iv3)](#financiele-information-for-thirds-iv3) #### Financial details Municipality of Utrecht has completed the pilot Open spending detail data with the result that Utrecht’s financial detail data are available as open data. This pilot was carried out by Open State Foundation on behalf of the Ministry of BZK with five participating municipalities (including Utrecht). With this financial detail data, users gain insight into the revenues and expenses of the municipality of Utrecht at a detailed level, a low above invoice level. It can be seen, for example, that within Utrecht there are costs for wedding books of artificial leather and the cost of electricity from sports halls can be found. Utrecht is the only participating municipality where financial open data can be accessed at such a deep level (but above invoice level). In addition, you can view the income and expenses of the municipality of Utrecht in total and average per inhabitant, household, area and FTE. ##### Financial Information for Third Parties (Iv3) CBS is involved in the collection of data for Information for Third Parties (Iv3). This data is provided by provinces, water boards and municipalities. Municipalities must provide information on budget figures and quarterly and annual achievements. This is done by means of a budget statement (once a year) and on a quarterly and annual basis a so-called distribution matrix and a balance sheet statement. In addition, you will find the quarterly and annual overviews of the municipality of Utrecht, as far as they are already available, with effect from 1 January 2012.
