Healthcare institutions; finance, staff, production, cap., SBI'93, 2006-2009

This table contains information on the loss and profit account, balance sheet, investments, staff deployment, capacity and production of groups of companies whose main activity is hospital care, mental health care, disabled care, nursing home care, home care, social care and women’s care and youth care. This concerns both publicly funded and privately funded enterprise groups. The groups of companies are classified by main economic activity in accordance with the Standard Business Classification (SBI) 1993. This is a so-called institutional perspective that takes into account all the ancillary activities of the group of companies considered. Year-on-year developments in finance, personnel and production are partly influenced by population changes. Changes in the main activity, incorporations and abolitions lead to changes in the population of enterprise groups. Mergers, acquisitions and divisions can also result in changes in the population.
