Dataset description

This table contains data on persons with hospitalisations among the registered population of the Netherlands by gender, age and diagnosis. Data available from 1995 to 2010 for persons with one or more recordings and from 2000 to 2008 for persons with initial recordings. Status of the figures: The figures are final. Changes as of 16 February 2018: Due to the incompleteness of the source data (National Medical Registration, LMR), the figures for persons with one or more recordings in one year could no longer be reliably calculated for reporting years 2011 and 2012. For this reason, it was decided to stop this publication. From 2013 onwards, based on the successor of the LMR, the National Basic Registration Hospital Care (LBZ), personal statistics are again possible. As a result of the changes in the registration, a new set of StatLine tables will be available for this purpose. When are new figures coming? No longer applicable. The table has been discontinued.
