Dataset description

This table provides data on household assets by characteristics such as household composition, age and migration background of the main cost-winner, main source of income, housing situation, income group, wealth group and asset class. The data are available according to various regional breakdowns based on the municipal classification as of 1 January of the reporting year. Data available from 2011 to 2016 The data relate to the state of power as of 1 January. Status of the figures: The figures are for now. The compilation of the figures has changed in a few parts per reporting year 2011 compared to previous years: As of 2011, more complete information on bank and savings deposits and securities will be available. All small assets will also be observed from that moment on. As a result, there are more households with these assets. As of 2011, more complete debt information is available. Student debts and loans from banks are fully observed from then on. As a result, there are more households with other debts. Student debts were among the remaining debts up to 2010. Change as of 20 February 2019: None, this table has been discontinued. When are new figures coming? No longer applicable. This table is followed up by the table 'Power of households; household characteristics, region (classification 2018)’. See paragraph 3.
