Dataset description

This table shows the average billed own contribution of persons and the number of persons. This concerns the number of persons who use residence financed by the Social Support Act 2015 (Wmo 2015) in the month in which the reference date falls. This may concern protected living or short-term stays. The invoiced own contribution for Wmo stay is determined by the CAK on the basis of the low own contribution/high own contribution (LEB/HEB) system. The own contribution is determined per person with Wmo stay, taking into account the living unit composition, the AOW age of the living unit and the contributory income. Municipalities have the freedom to offer support from the Wmo as a general or custom-made facility and whether or not to request their own contribution. The CAK only registers custom-made facilities for which an own contribution is requested. As a result, the choice of municipalities has an impact on the support recorded by the CAK and the figures based on it. The table contains only persons who are registered in the Basic Person Registration (BRP) in the reporting year. The figures are broken down by living unit composition, AOW age of the living unit and contributory income. Data available from: 2015 Status of the figures: The figures for the last year are provisional, the figures for the other years are final. Changes as of 30 November 2021: Preliminary figures for 2020 have been added, the figures for 2019 have become final. When are new figures coming? The provisional figures shall be published no later than 12 months after the end of the reporting year. When new annual figures are published, the figures for the previous year become final.
