Dataset description

The data in this table are based on the Labour Force Survey (EBB). The EBB is an investigation carried out by CBS to gather information on the relationship between people and the labour market. The characteristics of individuals are associated with their current or future position on the labour market. This table contains data from the Life Cycle module. This module is carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment (SZW) and is intended to participate in the lifecycle and monitor the savings pay scheme. The questions in the Lifecycle module are asked to all employees who work at least 12 hours a week and cover the first working circle. First of all, it is asked whether an amount is invested in this year. the life course scheme. If it is answered in the affirmative, the questions about whether in previous years have been included in the savings scheme and for which one saves with the lifecycle scheme. To employees who indicate that they do not participate in the lifecycle scheme asked if they are invested in the savings wage scheme. Due to a new weighing method of the EBB, all EBB tables have been discontinued and moved to the archive. Instead, new tables are it’s made. In these new tables are the figures with a new weighing method corrected until 2001. Since 2001, it is also possible to publish quarterly figures for a limited set of variables. The years before 2001 have not been corrected and concern the previously published figures. A detailed description of the EBB’s new weighing method can be found on the theme page.
