Dataset description

This table provides figures on manure production and animal rights. The manure production and animal rights have been introduced to produce control animal manure and freeze livestock. The figures are also included in the publication Monitor Minerals and Manure legislation. Here we discuss the realisation and state of affairs manure legislation, 1998-2004: a.o. system of regulatory mineral tax and the Mineral Declaration System (MINAS), system of manure disposal agreements and registered animal and manure production rights. The publication contains a large amount of information that has as its basis served for the Manure Policy Evaluation in 2004. In addition, information has been collected on the progress of the manure and ammonia policy. This was done on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality. In the Monitor minerals and manure legislation are three types of information collected, namely: * information on the environmental performance of agricultural holdings; * information on the use of instruments and efforts of the    government; * information on the development of the quality of the environment. Data available from 1997 to 2003. Frequency: stop it. Reason to stop: For some of the topics in the table such as manure production rights and the expiry of pig and poultry rights does not receive any recent information more available. Manure production rights were abolished in 2006. In addition, the regulations that led to the expiry of animal rights have been completed. The series on pig and poultry rights is set out in a new table continue, see 3. Links to relevant tables and articles.
