Dataset description

This table contains figures on the shares of different types of inflows and outflows. The shares are a percentage of the total mobility of employees in the care and well-being sector without University Medical Centers (UMC). The reference date for the figures is the last day of each quarter. The figures are divided into different sectors in the healthcare and welfare sector. The figures can be broken down by region (country, province, RegioPlus labour market region). Employees are counted as the number of unique people within an industry that builds up pensions at the Pension Fund Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW). The figures in this table come from PFZW. UMCs do not participate in this pension fund. Data on these institutions is currently missing, so the totals for the care and well-being sector are currently lacking in this table. This table has been developed in the framework of the Labour Market, Care and Welfare Research Programme (AZW). For more trends and developments in the labour market in care and well-being, see www.AZWinfo.nl (see paragraph 3). Data available from: 4th quarter 2016 to 3 rd quarter 2018. Status of the figures: The figures for the two most recent quarters in the table are very provisional. All other figures are provisional. Since this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be finalised. Changes as of 22 July 2019: This table has been discontinued. When are new figures coming? No longer applicable. This table has been followed up by the new tables (see paragraph 3).
