Dataset description

This file contains NNN management areas as defined in the Environmental Vision of Groningen 2016-2020. Part of the Nature Network Netherlands consists of management areas. These are agricultural areas with natural values. The main function is agriculture. In these areas we encourage adapted agricultural management aimed at preserving and strengthening the existing natural values. We have laid down the boundaries of the Nature Network and rules for the protection of the Nature Network in the Environmental Regulation.
