Dataset description

A part of an appointed day in which a particular arrangement applies. In one day, for zero, one or more periods, the applicable rate can be recorded and other aspects of a scheme can be defined. Periods may not overlap, but periods do not need to be linked. For those parts of the day for which there is no period, under the scheme the right does not have a rate, e.g. paid parking during the day, but free of charge in the evening and at night.
