Open DIS data

This dataset offers care and treatment data provided by Dutch hospitals to the DBC information system DIS. In this dataset you can see how many patients are made certain diagnoses, the associated care products and care activities and the national average selling price of all care products. You can search for information by medical specialty, care activity or healthcare product. This dataset uses data covered by the Public Administration Act (WOB). It does not contain information about individual patients and institutions, but only generic data that can be retrieved by everyone at the NZa. With this dataset, the NZa wants to provide insight into the care that is delivered in the Netherlands. The NZa stands for objective and transparent information about the care provided within Dutch hospitals and which price is paid on average. This way we contribute to better, affordable and testable care in the Netherlands.
