Operations in the hospital; type of admission, age and sex, 1995-2010

This table contains figures on the number of operations carried out in Dutch hospitals in clinical admission or daily admission. The operations were carried out with persons residing in the Netherlands. In the table, the data can be divided into the following characteristics: — type of recording; — gender; — age; — operation. Data available from 1995 to 2010 Status of the figures: All figures are final. Changes as of 16 May 2013: The figures for the operation “Recover infrarenal aneurysm aorta” have been added for the years 1995-2008. In addition, the relative figures on PTCA (dottering) for the years 1995-2000 have been added. Finally, figures for 2010 have been added for all operations. When are new figures coming? No longer applicable. This table has been discontinued because the coverage of the registration of transactions in the National Medical Registration after 2010 is too low to be able to publish reliable figures.
