PBL/CPB Future Exploration Welfare and Living Environment WLO 2015 datasets

In 2015, new Welfare and Living Environment Scenarios (WLO) were drawn up. These follow the WLO scenarios from 2006. With these scenarios, the Central Planning Bureau and the Environmental Planning Agency will map out what possible changes in various areas can be in the future and what they can mean for the physical environment. Policy is forward-looking and should therefore take into account the uncertainties associated with the future. This applies in particular to the physical environment policy, where there are many policy and investment choices that have an impact over a long period of time. For each of the cahiers Demography, Macroeconomics, Regional Development and Urbanisation, Mobility, Climate and Energy and Agriculture, one or more datasets are available with the results of Low and High scenarios and one or more uncertainty explorations.
