Dataset description

Persons whose debt restructuring has ended in the current year. These are the legal debt reliefs terminated by the court on the basis of the Wet Schuldsanering Natural Persons (Wsnp). The Wsnp offers natural persons, who are in a problematic debt situation, the possibility to become debt-free. Data available from: 1999. Status of the figures: The figures are provisional for all years. If new annual figures are published, the previous years may be adjusted. Amendment as of May 2022: The preliminary figures for the year 2021 have been added. When are new figures coming? In the first half of 2023, the preliminary figures for the year 2022 are added.
