Dataset description

This table shows the number of people who use residence or complete home package (vpt) at the reference date within the Nursing and Care sector (VV), financed by the Long-term Care Act (Wlz) and have a Wlz indication from the Centre Indication Care. This includes people who are Wlz-indicable. The sector VV is shown excluding VV1 through 3, due to no or low inflows in these health-heaviness packages (ZPs). These are only persons who are registered in the Basic Data Registration (BRP) at the reference date. In addition, this table shows the number of persons entering VV residence or VV-vpt at reference date, and the number of persons who used extramural Wlz care (modular package at home (mpt) and/or personal budget (pgb) prior to this inflow). For reporting year 2015, the inflow is not shown, as there is a trend break between 2014 and 2015 due to the Reform Long-term Care. The figures are broken down by gender, age category, delivery form, self-employed within the VV. Data available from: 2015 Status of the figures: All figures are provisional. The figures in this table are based on data from Vektis, the Social Insurance Bank (SVB) and the Centre Indicationstelling Zorg (CIZ). Changes as of 17 February 2023: None, this is a new table. When are new figures coming? The provisional figures shall be published no later than 12 months after the end of the reporting year. In the case of a new publication, the figures for the previous years are given the final status.
