The table shows the supply and use of petroleum raw materials in balance form. Petroleum raw materials are crude oil and natural gas condensate. The balance sheet includes both domestic traffic and warehouse traffic. The difference between the two is that import duties have been paid for the goods in domestic circulation and not for the goods in the warehouse.
The balance sheet of domestic traffic shall contain the following data:
initial stock (1), extraction (2), import (3), export (4), processing (5) and final stock (6).
The balance sheet is: (1 + 2 + 3) = (4 + 5 + 6).
The balance of warehouse traffic shall contain the following data:
initial stock (1), import (2), export (3), consumption for blending (4) and final stock (5).
The balance sheet is: (1 + 2) = (3 + 4 + 5).
For the years 1978-1989 and 1991-1994, the heading statistical difference was also included in order to get the balance correct. In the other years, this difference has been divided among the various posts.
