Political issues and views; 2006, 2010 and 2012

Voters aged 18 or over have been asked about their views on thirteen political issues and eight political views, the role of religion in politics and in schools (not questioned in 2010) and their placement on a left-right scale when it comes to political views. In 2012, it was not asked about the opinion of the electorate about Turkey’s accession to the EU, shopping Sundays, genetic manipulation, the arrival of Muslims, the presence of Dutch soldiers in Uruzgan and whether or not they are separate from political parties of religion. Since 2010, the category D66 has been listed separately. In 2006, this category falls under the “other political parties” category.
