Dataset description

* ** description:** The Normal Amsterdam Peil is made visible by means of height markings. NAP height marks are measuring marks in the form of bronze bolts, which are placed on stable objects such as buildings, bridges and viaducts. The height marks in the NAP of the municipality of Tilburg form a compaction in relation to the high marks of Rijkswaterstaat. The height marks are visually checked annually and are arithmetically connected to Rijkswaterstaat’s high-level brands in spring 2017. Disclaimer: The fact that a height mark is affixed to a storehouse does not confer any right to use it in general. Areas may not be accessed without the express consent of the user of the relevant building. The data of the height marks have been compiled with great care. However, the municipality of Tilburg accepts no responsibility for the consequences resulting from any inaccuracies in the data of the published high marks. In order to avoid the risks of errors as much as possible, in addition to measuring with sufficient control, it is important, among other things: 1. link the measurement to at least two gauge marks placed in different objects, 2. use recent heights, 3. choose gauge marks placed in well-founded objects. * **source:** Municipality of Tilburg * **target registration:** To provide insight into the distribution of quality marks * **possibilities:** This dataset is suitable for providing insight into the location on the map * **coordinate system:** RD new (EPSG:28992) & WGS1984 (EPSG:4326)
