Dataset description

In 2006, the New Manure Act entered into force (Implementing Decree on Fertilisers Act, 2005). Under this Act, the parcels in the Netherlands are divided into three types of land: peat soils, sandy or unloaded soils and clay soils. Fertilisation standards apply per soil type. The raw material map for the manure policy shows the soil species map used in the Fertilisers Act Implementing Decree.
