Dataset description

The city shed of the municipality of Amsterdam works city-wide and advises a wide range of space seekers with special housing requirements in finding the right place. She contributes to reducing the vacancy rate in municipal and strategic real estate and advises project agencies and districts on the programmatic interpretation of areas. She does this from a helicopter view of the city and makes the spatial assessment when it comes to the right function in the right place. The city shed plays an indispensable role in bringing parties together and facilitates a wide range of businesses and organisation and thus contributes to the development of the city.In this file it is indicated where space seekers with the help of the city shed have established themselves in the past 5 years.
