Spending; extensive layout by household characteristics, 1992-2010

CBS collects data on private household spending to provide the fullest possible picture of the spending pattern related to household characteristics. These are expenditures of private households.Households and persons in establishments, institutions and homes are not part of the respondents. This table contains part of the results of the Budget study.It concerns the spending patterns of a number of types of households. Household types are based on characteristics that are strongly related to spending, namely: income, household size, household composition, age of main costwinner, main source of household income and property ownership.Expenditure on goods and services is divided by function into six main groups and a group of additional data. Within these groups, several subdivisions have also been made according to detailed spending. This subdivision is called the extended distribution, also known as a division at level 7. Data available from 1992 to 2010 Status of the figures The figures up to the year 2007 are final. The data for 2008 to 2010 are provisional.
