The grant register consists of an overview of all grants awarded per year. # Explanation of registers * Grant year: the year for which the grant has been granted, in which the activities are to be carried out * Year of award: the year in which the Decision was drawn up. In the case of budget subsidies, this is in the year preceding the grant year * Program: the budgetary programme of which this grant is a political and financial part * Task field: this is an overarching theme within which the subsidy fits. Task fields can be found in the budget and the annual accounts. By displaying grants granted at the level of the task fields, we can better connect with the grant paragraph in the budget and the annual accounts * Type of subsidy: The General Subsidy Regulation 2017 has two types of subsidy: the (multi)annual grant and the other grant * Applicant: the name of the applicant for the grant * Description: a description of the purpose and/or activities for which the grant has been granted * Regularity: will the grant be awarded structurally or occasionally? * Requested amount: the amount requested * Amount granted: the amount granted * Set amount: the amount on which the subsidy was finally determined. This is usually done in the case of lower grants directly at the time of grant, in the case of higher amounts only after receipt and assessment of the substantive and financial accountability. This column is not filled in if the subsidy has not yet been established * Funded from national income: is there a specific government scheme from which a subsidy is granted? One example is the subsidies in the context of education disadvantages policy (OAB).
