The Caribbean Netherlands; employment participation, key figures

This table contains annual figures on labour participation in the special municipalities of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, or Caribbean Netherlands. The population aged 15 to 75 (excluding the institutional population) is divided into the employed, unemployed and non-occupied populations. The working population is further classified on the basis of the employment position and the average working time. A breakdown by gender, age and educational level is available for the different classifications. Data available from: 2012 Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final Changes as of 13 July 2021: The figures for 2020 have been added. Changes as of 26 April 2019: The figures for 2018 have been added. The figures on the highest attained level of education have been revised. The revision concerns people who have followed common academic years AVO. Where they have previously been awarded a secondary education level, they are now awarded a low level of education, following the classification used for the European Netherlands. When are new figures coming? The new figures will be available every two years.
