Traffic decrees in the State Gazette

With the traffic regulations application, governments can legally validate traffic decisions via the internet publish and publish in the State Gazette. This meets the requirements of the Decision on administrative provisions on road traffic (BABW). The application was developed on behalf of the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment by UBR | Buy (Knowledge and Exploitation Centre Official Government Publications). Traffic decrees are deposited in the Staatscourant with regard to the traffic regulations application and the result is published on government.nl. Please note: Since 1 July 2021, the Wep (Electronic Publications Act) has entered into force, as a result of which a change has been made in the heading of the Traffic Decree (this has become: traffic decision or communication).
