Dataset description

This table shows the evolution of the number of motor vehicles passed at (all) fixed counting points expressed in an index. The table gives an overview of the development of traffic intensity on state and provincial roads outside built-up areas. The indices of traffic intensity are further broken down by country section and week and working days. Data available from 2000 to 2011. Status of the figures: The figures from 2000 to 2010 are final. The 2011 data is provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be definitive. Changes as of 14 September 2017 None, this table has been discontinued. When are new figures coming? No longer applicable. Is there a successor? This table is followed by Traffic Intensity; national roads, regions. See paragraph 3.
