Treatment of urban waste water; process data sludge stabilisation

This table contains figures for urban or public sewage treatment plants under management at the water boards. This table provides information on the sludge stabilisation sub-process at urban wastewater treatment plants. For different types of sewage treatment plants and methods of sludge stabilisation, the average specific sludge production after stabilisation is given. In addition, for only the odd years, a number of process parameters of the hot sludge fermentation are given. The data is available for the following selections: — type of treatment plant — method of sludge stabilisation Since 2016, the table has been published once every two years. Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final. Changes as of 12 May 2022: The table is supplemented by figures for 2020. The selection “Zuiveringstype” has been expanded with 2 new types. When are new figures coming? The 2022 figures will be published in March 2024.
