Dataset description

On 1 January 2013, the Standardisation of Salary Act will be top officials in the public and semi-public sectors, in short: Top Income Standardisation Act (WNT), entered into force. The aim of the WNT is to combat excessive remuneration and severance payments at institutions in the public and semi-public sectors. With the WNT, these remunerations and severance payments are standardised and made public. This dataset contains the following 11 data sources: Remuneration above the applicable standard (designated) top officials: this data source provides an overview of remuneration of senior officials higher than the applicable standard (data available for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015) Remuneration above the applicable standard of externally hired top officials: this data source provides an overview of remuneration of externally hired top officials higher than the applicable standard (data available for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015). Remuneration in excess of the applicable standard (designated) supervising senior officers: this data source provides an overview of remuneration of senior supervisory officers higher than the applicable standard (data available for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015). Remuneration in excess of the applicable non-top officials standard: this data source provides an overview of remuneration of non-top officials higher than the general statutory (dates available for the years 2014 and 2015 including the previous year’s amounts).
