Young people with youth care and youth care pathways in kind; districts, 2017

This table contains figures on the number of young people who received youth care in kind in 2017 (youth assistance in kind, youth protection and/or rehabilitation) and the number of pathways in which this youth care was provided in kind. The data on young people are broken down by age and household composition on 1 January of the year in question. The youth care programmes in kind are divided by perspective and referrer. The data is also divided by municipality and district. The division by municipality and district is based on the address of the young person’s authority. The principle of residence was based on the principle of residence as applied in the Youth Act, which entered into force from 2015. When the address has changed during the reporting period, the younger person will be assigned the most recent address in this table. The addition of the number of young people over multiple forms of youth care within a (sub)total can be greater than the (sub)total itself. A young person may have multiple pathways with different forms of youth care, but for each form of care or (sub)total, a young person only counts once. Data available for 2017.
