Dataset description

This map shows the distribution of the Fauna attention species (AS) in Utrecht. Attention species are a selection of the Red List species, namely only the (seriously) endangered species, supplemented by the Habitats Directive and Birds Directive species and some species that are particularly important for the province of Utrecht. See the Biodiversity Supplement of the Nature Vision for more information. These are daybutterflies, dragonflies, grasshoppers, amphibians, reptiles, fish and mammals, supplemented by the less general breeding birds on this map. For the municipality of Vijfheerenlanden, which has been part of the province of Utrecht since 1 January 2019, no data is available yet The data are involved in October 2017 from the National Database Flora and Fauna (NDFF). For the species of attention is the beginning of 1990. The maps show per species group the number of species per KM loft.
