Dataset description

The Zuid-Holland housing need estimate is intended as a ‘neutral’ quantitative basis for the provincial housing policy. For each region it has been calculated how many additional homes are needed, for housing new households. WBR is a demographic forecast, where (among other things) is counted as ‘domestic migration balance zero’ per municipality. Every three years, Zuid-Holland makes a new WBR.
