Interim Environment Regulation, Former Landfill

This is a landfill where no waste has been landfilled since 1 September 1996. Title 8.3 Wm does not apply to these landfills. The scheme for these landfills is temporary; with the Environment Act, the authority for these former landfills is transferred to the municipality. Location contours of all former landfills in North Brabant. The position and size of these contours is adjusted as more research is carried out at the sites. The landfills included in this dataset largely comply with the research definition used in the Reusing Landfills Note. There are also landfills in North Brabant that are not included in the dataset because they do not meet the definition and there are also landfills included in this dataset where no research has been carried out.
