Dataset description

An area intended under the Law on Spatial Planning for Water Statutory Purposes, other than an area/water body or part thereof, which is intended to increase the disposal capacity of one or more water systems and is also included as a storage area on the trailer. Origin definition: Aquo. The delimitation of the salvage area “factually” is formed by the barrier around the area and often does not correspond to the destination area “according to zoning plan”, in most cases the planological, larger. The reason for this is that the compensation scheme is linked to the latter. Parcels outside the actual area may be damaged by the use of the polder and are therefore included in the planological area.
