Salvage area, according to zoning plan

An area intended under the Law on Spatial Planning for Water Statutory Purposes, other than an area/water body or part thereof, which is intended to increase the disposal capacity of one or more water systems and is also included as a storage area on the trailer. The delimitation of the salvage area “factually” is formed by the barrier around the area and often does not correspond to the destination area “according to zoning plan”, in most cases the planological, larger.
