Suitability for underground construction — Burstting Damwand

The suitability for underground construction is expressed in two factors that are important when constructing a building well (see reporting, map annexes D and E). This dataset together with three other datasets (reliability TNO maps, setting sensitivity, holocene thickness) is the information to determine the suitability of the subsurface for construction on weak ground and underground building and is part of the research report ‘Suitability maps of the subsurface for construction in North Holland’. All drillings available inside and outside North Holland were used in the DINO database of TNO, as well as maps of soil and geological structures.
