Excel and open format Bergen municipality publishes the data base for the action and economic plan for 2018-2021 as open data. The data is posted in machine-readable format such as Excel files and semicolon-separated CSV files. CSV is a format that can be shared across different technological platforms. The data contained in the files is no more detailed than those found in the budget documents or in the digital web version of the budget. Changes along the way The budget is a living document. This means that the city council’s first recommendation to the budget is finally approved, changes will be made. The details and the concrete allocation of the budget in service locations, such as nursing homes and schools, will only be clear in March.
