Dataset description

These are data sets showing deliveries of slaughter and wool delivered from agricultural enterprises to slaughterhouses. Slaughter registered on person (birth number) is not included in the data set. For each enterprise, the organisation number, name, municipality number and kilos are presented to the slaughterhouse during the calendar year. The data does not include rent slaughter. OBS! In datasets for the years 2005-2012, the columns are arranged alphabetically. In datasets from 2013 the columns are arranged by animal species.
