The lake database from NVE contains (point) information related to all lakes greater than 2 500 m² and associated national sequencing number vatn_lnr. The base contains data for about 243,000 lakes. Property data include watercourse No., hydroelectric reservoir No., nameehierarchy, and municipalities.
