The landslide forecast informs about regional danger of landslides, flood slides and minor slippages in loose masses, as well as southern landslides. The landslide warning does not indicate a risk of rock landslides, rock slides or rockfalls. There is also no warning of quick clay landslides and clay landslides, as this type of avalanche is triggered by erosion over time or activity such as landfill of mass, digging and blasting work. An assessment of the situation is prepared at least twice a day (before 11:00 and before 15:30) and contains a forecast for the next three days. The forecast is valid from 6am on the day the notice is prepared and until 06 the following day. Alerts are updated more often when needed. Landslide forecast API is based on REST. It delivers data such as XML and JSON (standard). Only GET is supported. There will be new versions of the API, so there is a version number in the link. We let old versions live for 6 months before they are deleted.
