Dataset description

The data set “Matrikkelen Address apartment level — historical data 2019” is the annual version of the “Matricle Address apartment level”. It is only zip files that are renamed, nothing inside the files. Version 2019 is based on product specification: Matrikkelen-Addresse-Apartment level_20180501. Excerpts from the 2019 description of Matrikkelen-Addresse-apartment level: Official addresses registered in the Matricle. An official address is the full address of a building, building part, utility unit, property or other object. An address is either road address (Storgata 10) or Matrikkel address (33/2-2). This dataset delivers the address at the apartment level, i.e. with unit number (H0102). A building with for example ten apartments is represented by ten address objects. The address is marked as belonging to the postal district, base district, constituency, urban settlement and parish, and in addition, the address’s (here the unit’s) connection to the matricle number (property) is included. Addressed building changes are not included in this product. Local Id (from the matricle system) is obtained from units of use in the matricle, not the address. Addresses that do not apply to buildings or that lack a link to the utility unit in the matricle have no Local ID. Distributions are set against a solution that results in some delay from the official matricle system. From about 10 minutes delay on WFS and for downloading freely selected area from maps, a day’s delay for municipal files and WMS and weekly for county/country files.
